Fundraising Campaign for the International Day for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

No one, especially members of this vulnerable group, should be left alone with their problems. Let's make this world more just through our care for people with disabilities!

We are launching a new fundraising campaign that will run until the end of May. It is organized by the Emergency Humanitarian Aid Service, which includes the "A Country to Live in" Charitable Foundation, the Dissidentby human rights initiative, the BYSOL Foundation, and the ByHelp civic initiative.

We want to support people with disabilities who have found themselves in difficult situations due to political repression.

Who needs support? We are raising funds for two groups:

🔺Political prisoners with disabilities — this includes those who are currently incarcerated and those who have been released but continue to face challenges due to their disabilities;

🔺Families of political prisoners (current and former) with children who have disabilities.

Where will the funds go?

🔸Medications and medical supplies (such as wheelchairs, braces, rehabilitation equipment, etc.);🔸Payment for medical procedures, interventions, and medical consultations;🔸Payment for social taxis and other transportation services necessary for receiving medical care.

We plan to raise 10,000 euros. The amount provided to each family will depend on their specific needs. The maximum payment amount is 300 euros.

Why support this initiative?

This group of people often finds themselves in extremely difficult situations where access to medical services and rehabilitation is severely limited. We can change this! By participating in this campaign, we can provide real help to those who desperately need it.
